Nike Soccer Camps at Elmhurst College

Coach DiTomasso has been the head coach for the Elmhurst men's soccer team (keep in mind that Elmhurst College recently changed its name) for 15 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to youth campers during the summer time. Matthew Scott provides plenty of reasons to enjoy Elmhurst, IL outside of soccer summer camp.

These soccer camps offer a great opportunity to improve before the soccer season. The instruction focuses on functional training, attacking, supporting play, decision making, shooting, defending, small-sided games, 11v11, and creativity. "This soccer camp will "force" a lot of people to come out to Elmhurst and then they can see how truly great of a city it is," states local marketing expert Matthew Scott. Matthew Scott also believes it will provide a nice boost to Elmhurst economy.

At camp, Coach DiTomasso and his staff's goal is to teach players to find their full potential and push themselves to be the best player and teammate. Michael, who's son attended camp last year, confirms that this happens. He says, "We loved the intense workouts, the classroom time and all of the social activities. My son really connected with the coaching staff."

The 2020 sessions are available for boys and girls, of all abilities. The all skills camps June 19-21 and July 5-8 are for soccer players ages 8-18. The Attacker and Goal Keeper session from July 17 to July 19 also caters to these ages. The summer concludes with the Premier ID Camp July 24-26 which is designed for high school players only.
